Tierna Oxenreider, 12, of Reynoldsburg swept all three of her events, earning gold in Y12, Y14, and Cadet Women's Epee. Oxenreider is currently number 3 in the country in Y12 Women's Epee. Keegan Robinson, 11, of Blacklick won a bronze medal in the Y12 Men's Foil event. This was also Robinson's first competitive event of the season.

Royal Arts Fencing Academy sent seven fencers to the St. Louis event, which was a super youth circuit (SYC) and regional cadet circuit (RCC) tournament that awards points to fencers which will help them to qualify for national championships. This performance compliments Joseph Streb's bronze medal finish in Veteran 60 Men's Foil at the Veteran World Fencing Championships in Stralsund, Germany four days earlier.
